Application Engineer

Responsibilities:
* Problem solvers who not only provide assistance to the Sales Department and answer questions about the technical functionality from the client, but they are also asked to provide technical support for products from Customer Service Department.
* Responsible to help potential customers understand, compare, and contrast the solutions that are available for buying to building customer relationship and create revenues, introducing modified, advanced, or new technologies , and tailoring solutions with clients.
Job Summary:
- Troubleshoot problems with their implementations-that is, to help ensure that the solutions work successfully once the buying decision has been made; and to maximize sales by providing such help to the customers.
- Participate in information gathering meetings with clients to determine the client's needs, business goals,and desired outcomes.
- Applying Activity Management System in identifying persons to present solutions to.
- Responsible for presenting information and new ideas to be implemented into new and existing products.
Specific Duties:
- Secure accounts and orders by helping/providing and developing technical solutions for the needs of the clients.
- Do technical, solutions, and product presentations.
- Prospecting, qualifying, covering bases, and closing using Activity Management Principles ( to be trained on this ) to identify correct recipients of solutions.
- Follow through on customer satisfaction and support needs, as well as provide support administrative, accounting, and receivable department concerns in relation to account.
- Reports to Immediate Supervisor updates, concerns, and collaborating on possible solutions.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by his Immediate Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
- Must have excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong writing skills are essential for the Application Engineer will spend a lot of time preparing technical presentation for clients and potential customers.
- Has good business skills, commercial awareness, and a commitment to follow-through are essential.
