Responsibilities: 

* Responsible for providing technical support to clients who purchase our products. His in-depth knowledge of complex products, technology and solutions will help the organization identify clients' needs, sometimes even before the client is aware of them.
* Responsible to help potential customers understand, compare, and contrast the solutions that are available for buying to building customer relationship and create revenues, introducing modified, advanced, or new technologies, and tailoring solutions with clients.

Job Summary: 

- Troubleshoot problems with their implementations-that is, to help ensure that the solutions work successfully once the buying decision has been made and to maximize sales by providing such help to the customers.
- Applying Activity Management System in identifying persons to present solutions to.
- Secure accounts and orders by helping/providing and developing technical solutions for needs of the client.

Specific Duties: 

- Do technical, solutions, and product presentations.
- Prospecting, qualifying, covering bases, and closing using Activity Management Principles ( to be trained on this ) to identify correct recipients of solutions.
- Follow through on customer satisfaction and support needs, as well as provide support administrative, accounting, and receivable departments concerns in relation to account.
- Generate revenues for any untapped market. Do market scanning and prospecting of new clients.
- Implement sales objectives and strategies for assigned customer/client.
- Determine company's strength and weaknesses that will address the potential customer opportunities and threats.
- Uses technical know-how to explain to prospective clients the benefits of our products, how the products are useful, and why our products out-perform the competitors'.
-Achieved targeted net sales and provide quality after-sales service to customers.
- Implement and uses Sales and Forecast Monitoring Reports on a weekly basis and report progress to Immediate Supervisor.
- Reports to Immediate Supervisor concerns and collaborate on possible solutions.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by his Immediate Supervisor.

Requirements: 

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
  • Must have excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong writing skills are essentail, as Sales Engineers spend a lot of time preparing technical presentations for clients and potential customers.
  • Must be familiar with the products' parts and their functions, as well as the processes that makes them work.
  • Has a good business skills, commercial awareness, and a commitment to follow-through are essential.
