The StraTa Sales Training Program
The StraTa (Strategic and Tactical) Sales Training Program was created and is continuously being improved to prepare our salespeople to enter a complex selling environment, where several buyers, sellers as well as decision makers participate in.
Our curriculum is built to provide 3 things for our salespeople. First is the means to fight the right battles which involve the strategic and planning part of sales. Second is the set of skills, such as presentation and negotiation skills, needed to increase the probability of closing deals. And lastly, thetechnical knowledge about the products we offer to provide the best solutions for our clients.
The Amici Group strongly believes in doing this to compete with world class standards. This is no longer a luxury but a necessity.
